Business Intelligence Asia ("BIA", "we", "us" or "our") operates Destinations Intelligence Asia and is registered in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data when you visit our website, subscribe to our communications or contact us.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data unless it is necessary and we have specifically requested it.

We collect personal data directly from you when you subscribe, complete a form or contact us. We may also collect technical information automatically through our website, hosting systems, security tools, cookies and similar technologies.

  • send Destinations Intelligence Briefing and other communications you request

4. Email subscriptions and MailerLite

We use MailerLite to collect and manage subscriptions and to deliver email communications. When you subscribe, information including your name, email address, signup details and engagement with our emails may be processed by MailerLite on our behalf and may be stored or processed outside Malaysia.

Every marketing email will provide an unsubscribe method. You may unsubscribe at any time. We may retain limited suppression information so that we can honour your request not to receive further marketing.

5. Cookies and similar technologies
